Shahram Jahanian, CPA, Cr.FA, EA., the founder and owner of the company is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California.  As a CPA, he has gained extensive experiences in the field of accounting/taxation and auditing services.

Mr. Jahanian, CPA, Cr.FA, EA, is also a Certified Forensic Accountant (Cr.FA), and an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA).  He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and minor in Finance, from the California State University of Northridge (CSUN).

Biography

I formed my own accounting firm with a single principle in mind: to provide the highest level of personalized client service possible.  Simply put, I care about each and every one of my clients.  

The founder and owner of the company, SHAHRAM JAHANIAN, CPA, Cr.FA, EA, has gained experience from previous positions held in private industry companies, and FEDERAL GOVERNMENT such as the United States Department of Defense (DoD) - Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).

Mr. Jahanian’s experience in the field of GOVERNMENTAL ACCOUNTING started with an agency under the United States Department of Defense (DoD), called the DEFENSE CONTRACT AUDIT AGENCY (DCAA).  He worked his way up by being a successful auditor for about 8 years, where he performed a variety of Governmental Accounting and Auditing Services to a Supervisory Auditor where he supervised/and managed various audits of small and large companies with gov’t contracts. 

In Spring 1999, Shahram Jahanian, CPA, Cr.FA, EA involved himself to work for the INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICES, as an Volunteer in the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program, to prepare 1999 tax returns.
